Tell us what's working — and what isn't.
FreeBPLog is built and tweaked by people who actually use it. Suggestions, template requests, broken downloads, typos, stories — we read every message, even when we can't reply right away.
What we love hearing about
You don't need to write a formal report. A sentence or two is plenty. Here's the kind of feedback that's most useful:
-
Template ideas
Need columns for two arms? A bilingual sheet? A bigger font for older eyes? Tell us what's missing and how you'd use it.
-
Bugs and broken bits
PDF won't open? Text doesn't fit the page? Something looks odd on your phone? A quick note plus your browser/device helps us reproduce it.
-
Wording & typos
If something on the site or in a template reads weirdly, awkwardly, or just wrong — point at it. The shorter the better.
-
Your story
Did one of the templates help you, a parent, a patient? We love hearing how the sheets get used. With your OK, we sometimes share short, anonymised stories.
What happens after you send it
Every message lands in one shared inbox that two of us read. We try to reply within a week, faster if it's a bug. We can't promise to ship every suggestion, but most updates to FreeBPLog over the years have started with a message from someone like you.
Health questions: we can't give medical advice. If something about a reading worries you, please talk to a doctor or call your local health line — not us.
